Shipping policy

All paid orders will be processed by the next working day. Dropshipping orders placed and paid for before 12pm will be processed on the same day.

Our shipping methods are:

• Royal Mail 48 - aims to be a 2-5 working day service. Our default standard.
• Royal Mail 24 - aims to be a 1-2 working day service. Our expedited service.
• DPD - aims to be a 1 working day service. For heavy and large parcels.
• UPS - aims to be a 3 working day service. For heavy and large parcels.
  
• Parsons - a pallet delivery service for trade customers.

A working day is Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

All delivery periods provided are estimates and not guarantees. Your delivery may be extended due to circumstances outside of our control.
